On July 19, 2026, Prince Mansour Bin Nasser of Saudi Arabia, head of Modern Choice Real Estate Development Company, led a delegation to the headquarters of Dajian Construction Group Co., Ltd. for in-depth inspection and exchange on cooperation.

7月19日下午，沙特阿拉伯曼索尔·本·纳赛尔亲王代表团抵达集团总部，大建集团执行董事陈红梅、大建国际总裁林烈、大建集团总经理梁坤胜、大建装饰总经理张淑华等高管全程陪同。
On the afternoon of July 19, a delegation headed by Prince Mansour bin Nasser of Saudi Arabia arrived at the headquarters of Dajian Construction Group Co., Ltd. They were accompanied throughout the visit by senior management including Chen Hongmei, Executive Director of Dajian Construction Group Co., Ltd., Lin Lie, President of Dajian International, Liang Kunsheng, General Manager of Dajian Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Zhang Shuhua, General Manager of Dajian Decoration.
代表团首先观看集团宣传片，随后参观“派数字产业园智慧运营”系统和项目数字化实时监控系统，切身感受集团智能化、数字化运营。
The delegation first watched the corporate introduction video of the Group, and then visited the intelligent operation system of Pai Digital Industrial Park as well as the real-time digital monitoring system for projects, gaining a firsthand understanding of the Group’s intelligent and digital operation capabilities.
此外，代表团还参观了集团总部猫咖、祈祷室等功能空间，深度体验集团人性化、多元化的人文办公氛围。
In addition, the delegation toured functional spaces within the Group headquarters including a cat café and a prayer room, gaining an in-depth experience of the Group’s human-centered, diverse and people-oriented office culture.

在无纸化会议室，集团董事长林明新全程线上出席本次会议，大建国际助理总裁黄嘉伟向沙特代表团介绍集团业务概况及全球化海外战略布局。
Chairman Lin Mingxin attended the whole meeting online in the paperless conference room. Huang Jiawei, Assistant President of Dajian International, briefed the Saudi delegation on the Group’s business overview and global overseas strategic layout.
双方围绕海外合作、项目共建等维度进行深入交流，洽谈氛围融洽，后续存在广阔合作空间。
Both sides held in-depth exchanges focusing on overseas cooperation, joint project development and other areas. The discussion proceeded in a cordial atmosphere, with broad prospects for future cooperation.

值得一提的是，双方良好合作基础早已筑牢，早在2025年12月，亲王之子苏尔丹・本・曼索尔·沙特亲王（H.R.H Prince Sultan Bin Mansour Al Saud）曾到访集团并签署战略合作协议，为本次深度对接筑牢合作基础。
It is worth noting that the two parties have long established a solid foundation for cooperation. As early as December 2025, H.R.H Prince Sultan Bin Mansour Al Saud, the son of the prince, visited the Group and signed a strategic cooperation agreement, laying a solid groundwork for this in-depth exchange.

The visit by the Saudi delegation constitutes high recognition of the Group’s comprehensive strength and will further deepen the cooperative ties between the two sides.
